Dy90 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms of use for the dy90 platform, which are binding on all registered users in Malaysia. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by dy90 through our website or mobile app, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines published by the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the dy90 platform.
The dy90 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the platform. dy90 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close the account of any user found to be below the stipulated age limit.
Account Creation and Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dy90 platform. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. dy90 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the dy90 support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a dy90 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity without authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation in betting activities.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another party to use your account.
Dy90 reserves the right to take immediate action against any user found to be in violation of these rules, including suspension or closure of the account without prior notice.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the dy90 platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dy90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by the platform, including valid local eWallets. Each deposit is processed upon verification and credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified by the system.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the minimum and maximum limits set. dy90 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or manipulation will be voided and the account in question will be closed.
Dy90 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties such as payment service providers or banks. Any fees or charges imposed by third parties are the sole responsibility of the user.
Account Suspension and Closure
Dy90 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or system manipulation.
- Acceptance of valid complaints regarding user behaviour that is harmful to others.
- Failure to verify identity information when requested.
- Accessing the platform from a prohibited region or restricted area.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. dy90 reserves the right to forfeit such funds if fraud or misconduct is established.
Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Dy90 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, continuity of service, or freedom from technical errors. The platform may experience interruptions from time to time for maintenance or unavoidable technical reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dy90 and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, errors in odds display, system disruptions, or unfavourable betting outcomes.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that all betting decisions are made voluntarily. dy90 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the dy90 platform, including logos, interface design, text, images, software, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of dy90 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from dy90.
Any links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. dy90 does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Dy90 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dy90 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
